Rule 5. No bad words
Rule 6. Do not use all CAPITAL

Rule 1 and 2:
1st Offence - Receive Warning
2nd Offence - banned in chat box for 1 day
3rd Offence - banned in chat box for 1 week
4th Offence - Banned in chat box Forever

Rule 3,4,5 and 6:
1st Offence - Receive Warning
2nd Offence - Banned 1 day
